PRESENT:  H. Hasenjager
                     R. Pease
                     J. Szarlan
                     P. Lovell
                     J. Nothe

Al Wilcox also attended this meeting.

Mr. Hasenjager called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read by the clerk and accepted with a motion by Mr. Pease and seconded by Mr. Szarlan.

OLD BUSINESS:

Road Repairs on Thompson Street – Paul said he never heard any more from Mark, the man who was working on the reconstruction project about maybe purchasing the Creeping Junipers to plant along the outside of the wall where the embankment is now too steep to mow.

NEW BUSINESS:

Blacktop at Hillside – The upper back road is loosing blacktop by the gutter. The Commissioners agreed to have Paul contact Bill Cadieux to try to get this repaired before winter.

Country Memorials – Don Bourcier, owner of Country Memorials, would like to donate a four-foot granite bench to Hillcrest Cemetery. Paul thought of maybe putting the bench in the little garden on the knoll. The Commissioners agreed the little garden on the knoll looks nice just the way it is. After going out into the cemetery to see first hand, the Commissioners agreed to have the granite bench installed just off to the side, under the crab apple tree behind the flagpole.

Mr. Szarlan made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:25 a.m. Mr. Pease seconded the motion.

Respectfully Submitted,

Gaylin Bingle
Clerk
